The Silent Uzi is a more powerful version of the Pistol. It's even stronger than the Chaingun Cannon, and a full clip may cause more damage than a RPG rocket. It produces a suppressed gunshot sound, and features a silencer with a yellow stripe, although these are merely aesthetics and cannot prevent attracting enemies' attention. When reloading, the silencer is not present.
